「Enjoyable stay. Great breakfast. Courteous staff.」

「New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. 」

「Excellent hotel. Breathtaking views of El Alamain towers and the coast. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Service in this hotel is outstanding. Front desk staff are great and made the check in process a breeze. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely visit this property again.」

「Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. There are plenty of trash on the beach. The hotel also does not have limo service so you need to arrange for transportation in and out. Breakfast...

「We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...
