Room was very clean, had a great view of Calton Hill, wish it was warmer to sit out in the garden (not so much in January) but overall very pleased with hotel. One minor issue with the towel heater not working. "

Our room was across the road which was easy to get to due to the pelican crossing right outside. Don't be put off by this, it's absolutely fine!
