「We loved our stay and will definitely consider returning! Pros: Excellent customer service, beautiful landscaping with palm trees and flowering hedges, quiet atmosphere, close proximity to the beach, substantial continental breakfast, elevators, spacious studio room with a very large mini fridge and a soaking tub, ice cold water available at the beach. Cons: Not very many... we had a minor inconvenience with a broken kitchen sink handle, but we were okay without it. The beach towels were small...

The food at their restaurants is just okay, but the ability to dine right on the beach can’t be better! It is a little out of the way from the other Grace Bay resorts, so you need to taxi or rent a car if you want to go anywhere off the resort, with the exception of...

「A beautiful resort to stay at. The property is immaculate and the gentleman that are outside attend to your every need. This year we did get put in a unit that needed a little TLC. Also, I would recommend going over your detailed incidentals on a daily basis. Not just a summary at the end of your stay. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Incredible vacation and everyone in Our party loved it!! Beach was easily accessible and could snorkel right on your own beach and see beautiful fish. Pools were clean and staff was friendly and minimal wait times for dinner! We will definitely be coming back with our family of four!」

「Our stay at The Tuscany was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Check-in was a breeze, and the manager personally walked us to our suite, showing us all the features and even offering to walk us to a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the ocean. And the beach? Truly world-class — peaceful, pristine, and never crowded. Couldn’t recommend this place more!」

「The property was immaculate and the service was outstanding. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only down side (which we knew going in) is there was no dining options on the property. The did offer a free complimentary breakfast. There was a hotel just down the beach (10 minute walk) that had multiple restaurants. Great place to stay. Highly recommend! 」

「We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.」
