「Our stay at the Opal Hotel was incredible! The décor was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was the amazing hotel staff. Ibrahim and Bilal were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even recommending places like Habibah Sweets, which we absolutely loved. Highly recommended!」

「It’s not a 4 stars hotel. Inside lock was broken so it makes me feel little unsafe even though Jordan is a safe country. I was assigned to a smoking room. For me being a non smoker, I wasn’t comfortable. I called the front desk to request a room change but no one pick up so I just stayed there :( would be nice if they ask upon check in. 」

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very varied with options for all tastes. The hotel was a perfect location to explore the area of Madaba. 」
