「The hotel and staff were very nice. It was easy access to the reason we came to Omaha. My only issue I had was with the breakfasts. My grandson was served terribly spoiled and sour milk the first morning. The second morning we were told they were completely out of milk at breakfast. My grandson ordered the same meal choice both days and the second day he didn't get all the food and was told that it didn't come with it......but the day before it had????????」

「朝食が無料で付いてきます。月曜から水曜は簡単な夕食も無料でいただけます。日替わりのメニューなので飽きずに食べられました。ランドリーも無料なのでとても便利です。冬に訪れたので外は氷点下でしたが、室内暖房が効いているのでホテル内は快適です。近くに24時間営業のスーパーやアジア食料品店があるので、部屋に備え付けのキッチンで料理ができます。」

「Our stay here was great. Check-in was smooth and the front desk clerk was very nice and quick getting us checked in. Room was clean. We was there for 3 nights the only issue we had was the 2nd morning housekeeping didn't knock on the door before just barging into the room. We were lucky no one was changing when she did this. They should always knock on the door before entering a room that people are still paying for. Overall not a bad experience it was a pleasant get away.」

「The stay was very nice for our family. Conveniently located. The only issue was the room could use a little updating, lots of wear, and the air conditioning unit was so loud, lots of vibration causing the door to rattle. 」

「My fiance wanted breakfast (mainly bacon), the last day before we left. There was none left! Monroe made SURE to refill and really put the cherry on top of a perfect trip. Give him a raise!!」

「We enjoyed staying at this spacious house. Quick communication from the host during the entire process made our planning easy. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware and cookware. There were plenty of towels provided and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great experience!beds were very comfortable. 」
