"The hotel is more spacious than the other places ive been to in tokyo and osaka. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and amenities were convenient. However, the problems we've experienced were their tv options. We couldnt mirror our phones to the tv or log into our netflix, etc. In the osaka hotel they had a cool function where we could view the status of the laundry facilites. I think that if they fixed the tv issues that would complete this whole experience. Other than that they...

"The hotel staff were all super kind and accommodating of any questions/concerns, amenities on site included some kind of snack or drink service at all hours, and requesting fresh towels and room cleaning was a super simple intuitive process! Loved it here, just had a few concerns finding a couple mosquitoes near the windows of the room."
