"This hotel is located in a relatively “remote area”, far from public transportation. The hotel provides shuttle bus to and from the train station. The management was very nice to arrange the service and to take care of the luggage. They do not hesitated to talk to you on any issues in emails. if you arrive earlier in a day. "We arrived after dark via taxi and were surprised at the incredible location and architecture. This is an authentic Japanese experience— tatami floors and comfortable futon mats!! We knew we would be magically surprised in the morning and we were! It’s nestled up on the hillside with an incredible view of Mt Fuji!
