"Beautiful property and private onsen. Very spacious room (regular room) with great features like sights into the private garden, additional seating and luggage area, large bathroom and our favorite part, the private onsen. The onsen was a very nice stone material great for two and a perfect temperature of 42/107 degrees. Great bathroom and large t.v. Very close to views of Fuji, walk to the lake annd a few grocery stores. Also a great ramen truck across the street. Amazing to see that the suits...

"This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff super friendly. Location was good, about 15 mins walking to the lake. The staff helped me decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer, only had one night in the Mt. Fuji area but very glad we stayed here. "

"The hotel's staff was professional, friendly and accomodating. We were treated very well. Loved our room and the view of My Fuji. The private onsen was a plus. The loungewear were so comfortable and I am glad we were able to wear them everywhere in the hotel, including mealtimes. The kaiseki meals were innovative and delicious. Loved that there were e-bikes available to roam around. Check in and check out process were efficient. Worth the trip and will definitely return. Highly recommend!"
