"Experienced difficulty with the washing machine, the manager kindly assisted us promptly! Check-in and check-out were so simple and easy. Location is good and convenient for our trip. Can’t beat the price"

"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. The room was just big enough, with enough room to open up multiple suitcases on...

"I was pleasantly surprised at the property. Building in great condition. Bed was not comfortable. Very hard mattress. Not a lot of space to move around near the bed. I had a cute set up when I arrive which included clean towels. The second day I receive towels but they had a pungent smell as if they were washed but not immediately dried. The third day I didn’t receive towels at all. There is a 7-11 feet away from the door. Not a long commute to get on the train."

"overall pretty good. capsule is on the smaller side but very cozy. The facilities are good apart from the dryer which didn't dry my clothes much after an hour. other than the dryer would stay again."

"Located a short walk to the train station made this affordable, safe location very attractive. It has everything you need. The lockers are big enough to store carry on, coat and tote or backpacks with large suitcases stored in lobby storage. The savings is worth any hassle. If you plan to spend most of your time around the city, this is a perfect place to shower, sleep, check up emails and unwind."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the train station, Ueno Park, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was a little small but it had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable and comfortable stay."
