"My only complaint is the road to get to the container villa is so obviously made for a one way but the kurokawa onsen village decided that traffic can struggle to figure out who has the right of way and reverse in the middle of the road… very dangerous but any who.. The actual container villa was such a vibe from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. So convenient that they had signs pointing to where I needed to go to check in and instructions in both the email and the tablet used to check...

"Nice home feeling with friendly host and staff. Very helpful. Breakfast included is very good. Only few minutes walk to misotenjin-mae tram stop. Hidden coin laundry around the corner. Hotel is highly recommended for budget travellers. "

"Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host. The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm."

"We had a fantastic stay here! The staff Alex and the team, were super friendly and had even planned daily group activities. We ordered the dinner set and it was incredible! We were able to get a ride to and from the train station, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend giving them a call if you need to (we just used a payphone) as there was issues with sending messages on this website. The staff can speak English and Japanese! and were super foreigner friendly. The scenery was...

"The room was very clean and the lake view was beautiful. The service attitude was very good, but English communication was difficult. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom of our room. The parking lot was very convenient downstairs. But you can walk to the shopping area. "
