It's a great place if you like to ride bikes because it's right off the trail and just a block or so away from the Ingram bridge that takes you across the water to get to town and Sunset Cliffs trails and Point Loma. 「The carriage house has been built at the back of a residential property. The property is located in a nice neighbourhood that is densifying with add-on suites and small professional offices. It is very centrally located but you do need a vehicle. We always found on-street parking available within a block or two. It takes a little while to learn about the area but there are good coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods grocery store. The carriage house itself is very well...

The communication between Keeley and I was really quick. It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrella available to us at all times. 「I was concerned because the host had pulled his listing from VRBO. I called the host on arrival & got the code to the house. NO key was ever given. No garage. Due to the pending hurricane, we needed to leave 2 days early. My daughters needed to be at work on Tuesday. The dinner cruise was also canceled for Sunday night. 「This place is charming with much so much character. It is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located in San Diego, and has great amenities. The hosts are communicative and provide information on the house and amenities. I appreciate how they sent videos on how the hot tub was to be used, how to turn on the firepit, etc. I would definitely stay here again!」
