"The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!"

"Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay."

"Front desk representative is very helpful and a great listener. Room is nice and open. no movie access. great walking distance to restaurants and the Veterans Memorial pier. Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. The AC was unplugged when we entered our room. Toilet is not stable. Overall a good find for a bargain price in the area on the...

"Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus...

"This unit was clean and comfortable with basically what was advertised. However, we had ongoing challenges with the TV, and the hotplate didn't work."

"The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"
