"I honestly cannot say enough about my stay at this property. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the property owner was very attentive and communicated everything well. Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. "Despite some not-so-great weather, we enjoyed our stay at Stephen and Donna's beautiful condo in Kona. It is very spacious and for 2 couples, the two bedrooms with king beds was perfect, with an extra bathroom to boot! We loved that it was a short walk from all of the great shops and restaurants in Kona and it was fully stocked with all the beach supplies.....even a flat iron and curling iron. Highly recommend!"

The only thing we had was there is no air conditioning as advertised! However the rooms have ceiling fans and with the widows open it was ok. Not sure how it would be when it gets hotter. "

"Great rental, very well stocked. Not directly in front of the beach, but on this island there really aren't many beaches. We could still sleep to the sound of the pacific ocean 24/7 and the sounds of nature were everywhere! We had a momentary issue opening the lockbox, but we contacted the mgmt team and they responded immediately and were able to resolve our issue. I highly recommend this property. "
