Just up the street within walking distance was a small shopping center. And the restaurant by the pool overlooks the golf course and ocean. They had live music every night we stopped by. "

"Convenient location to walk around Downtown Kona, close to several great restaurants and bars. Overall clean and nice amenities. We loved the coffee cart on property! Wish the ice machine was in a more convenient place. Parking was also an issue after 7pm, even with their overflow lot. Overall we would stay at Pacific19 again knowing some of the limitations."

"This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything you need in a good condo: a modern kitchen with reasonably new appliances, granite countertop, good A/C, washer/dryer, lots of utensils. They even gave us a rice cooker. There was a water leak the day we checked in, and hence, they gave us a different unit. They could have done a better job of communicating that issue. But they did handle the issue promptly when we reached out. Definitely a great location - next to beach, close to main shopping/dining places."

"Amazing stay! Mae at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and the pool staff as well! The poke nachos were sooo good we went back twice!! & the ocean pool beach was the cherry on top :) Thanks again for everything! "

"Disappointing kitchen had no basics (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, aluminum foil, clear wrap) Screen door on slider was in terrible shape, could not completely close the screen at night. "

"Location is fantastic place is clean and rooms are super nice. Things could Get better over all. Transportation around the resort could be better and the staff could be a bit nicer. I would give this place 7.5 out of 10 but the ONLY reason I’ll give it a 10/10 is because of the chef Jose over at the cookhouse restaurant. Jose brought some amazing flavor to the meals and would come out and say hello every day we were there. Would sincerely ask for feedback. Went above and beyond on his meals. Honestly the only reason I would comeback is if he was there. We went to eat when he wasn’t around one night and it was a bit of a mess with the staff. Overall I do recommend the resort."
