"The staff at the property were fabulous. I think a lot more can be done around the swimming pool. It just looks like a square block of water in the middle of the complex. The bathroom shower is large and a lot of wasted space in the bathroom. Also, the see-through walls in the bathroom doesn’t make sense if sharing with other people. Additional hooks for your clothing would help more in the bathroom."

We arrived on late flight and airline crew arrived in hotel before passengers which resulted in long line to check in. Probably took 30 minutes (and longer for other guests who arrived in later taxi). I would suggest air crew or other group arrivals be moved aside and checkin at another location"

"Well…from the moment we arrived to the day of departure, the level of service we received was truly first class. We arrived in the late afternoon & was exhausted from all day travelling. Grant (one of the hosts) was so accommodating organising some light refreshments brought to our room. "Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible"
