「The place was stunning no doubt but getting there was difficult. It's at the far end of the island, a 3 hour drive from Nadi airport. I was told that Fiji has 2 climates. While it was sunny at our first hotel near the airport, it poured our entire stay at Nanuku which makes for a poor island experience. Being one who loves to walk and hike and not just sit around, it made it tough. Highlight was Tina, the amazing masseuse, try her out, you will not be disappointed. 」

「あいにくだったのは天候だけ。期待以上の雰囲気に感動しました。食事も納得の内容で満足できました。 駐車場が屋外なので、出発時は落ち葉だらけ。でも、玄関のオブジェを洗っていたおじさんに言ったら高圧洗浄機で私たちが乗ったまま車を洗ってくれました。(￣∇￣;)ハッハッハ」

「Suvaに行った際は、必ずこちらに宿泊しています。外観の美しさにまず癒され高級感を味わうことができます。最近はスタッフも顔を覚えてくれているようで、滞在中は気分よく過ごすことができました。」

「キッチンが広くて料理器具も揃っていてもう一泊したくなった。ジャグジーやプールもあり、海で泳いで、プールに入って、ジャグジーで温まるというコースがお気に入り。レストランで料理を注文して、部屋で食べることがでた。お部屋もきれいで 清潔。」

「Road in is not in good condition, seemed like a farm track. So be prepared for that, trust your nose and keep going. Resort is older and dated in places, but clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a beach to swim in and a pool as well」

「１階の公共スペースが工事中であった。外出しようとした時雨が降り出し、ホテルの傘の貸し出しがあったが、返却しないと課金をすると言われ、返却は当然のことであるのに言われ方が不愉快で借りるのを止めた。フロントでは、２０１７／３に宿泊予約し支払い済みだったが体調不良で宿泊出来なかったことに付き、バウチャーを示し返金を求めたが 入金はされておらず、ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡが懐に入れたとのことだった。本件ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡに伝えてもらうよう依頼したがなしのつぶてである。」

「We just returned from celebrating my 50th Birthday at Toberua! Where do I start?! They arranged transportation from Nadi for us, arranged for a Beautiful cake and the entire staff singing happy birthday and private beach dining for my family (of 4) on my birthday, and even knew all of our names and referred to us by them throughout our stay. Everyday they came early with a delicious list of menu choices for lunch and dinner (including an amazing kids menu). The breakfast was always delicious,...

「Ocean view room is lovely. The room is basically clean and nice, but sometimes you might find cockroach unfortunately. Very quiet place to stay.」

「The electricity, internet connection and hot water is available, but the amenity was poor (just only shampoo and soap, but without tooth brush or tissue paper...) The housekeeping was very kind and cheerful. However, some of reception's English was a bit poor and the chef of restaurant's work was unstable (at 1st day she always opened the tray to serve for customers, but at 2nd day she enjoyed the smart phone and did nothing). What was the biggest problem was about restaurant at dinner...

「The hotel staffs are very friendly with kind hospitality. Wifi service was very good. Surrounding nature is beautiful and calm. On the other hand, we should be aware of a higher humidity and insects due to the natural environment surrounding the hotel.」

「Well…from the moment we arrived to the day of departure, the level of service we received was truly first class. We arrived in the late afternoon & was exhausted from all day travelling. Grant (one of the hosts) was so accommodating organising some light refreshments brought to our room. Speaking of the room, I was truly in awe & close to crying from the shear beauty of the very ample bure & the large window which frames perfectly the plunge pool. The room itself & the surrounding vegetation...

「ペットボトルのお水は有料で、水道からでる水は白く濁っていたので、毎日水を買うことになりました。それが残念でしたが、電子レンジがついていたのはとても嬉しかったです。」
