"The hotel was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The entire staff was friendly and met you with a smile. The interior is like a museum and our room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Just a short walk from downtown Winslow. The outback seating area provided a space to visit with other guests and watch the trains."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast and pup treats are no longer included, that was nice addition in past stays. Evening music on the patio was great. "

"It was quaint and I liked the large lounge area where the bar was - the couches were very comfortable. They give you a couple of discount drink tickets and the drinks were good. I just think the rooms need some updating . On the AC unit in the room all the print around the buttons was faded off and I couldn’t figure out how to lower the temperature. "

"I probably had too high expectations given it got a 9 rating. I can recommend it if you temper your expectations. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff is nice. There's a nice coffee machine available in a room near the office There is free parking in the back. The hotel has a great location at one end of the Cottonwood historic district main street so there's plenty to walk to. Best of all is a very large interior patio with chairs and tables where most of the travelers hung...

"The San Carlos hotel has this classy vintage vibe to it and the location is close to everything that in Downtown. Only negative was the parking situation but no big deal. Will stay again. "

"A great property!.. was greeted by Brianna and she is such a treasure.. explained the history of the hotel and williams... pointed out the food food spots and watering holes... this beautiful old hotel is in the heart of williams and walkable to the attractions including the railroad station to the canyon... the owner told me they are doing ongoing upgrades..beer and wine available for purchase..fresh ground locally roasted coffee was an amazing start to my morning...looking forward to my next...

"We love staying at the Montevista. The rooms are small but adequate. The bed was comfortable. It is in the center of town, so you can walk to shops and restaurants. We love the Rendezvous Bar. The mixologists are professional and friendly."

"This hotel has charm for sure! If you enjoy unique hotels and history, then you'll probably appreciate this hotel. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and town square. Staff was welcoming and kind! However, my husband and I ended up very uncomfortable all night and didnt get much sleep. There are a few things that i think can realistically be improved upon , even with the limitations thag an old building poses. The ac is positioned maybe about 6 inches from the side of the...
