Upon arrival our room wasn’t clean, no trash bags, no soap, and bed/pillows had no linen but we went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and they took care of the issue immediately. Our housekeeper was great, she did everything she could and even apologize even though it wasn’t her fault. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. "The hotel stay overall was great. The front desk staff were awesome, professional and helpful. The only downside was parking. Philly is the worst for parking and towing vehicles. Hotels realize this and capitalize on it. Parking here at the hotel was $38.00 per day and that was on the cheaper end compared to some of the surrounding hotels that went for as much as $70 per day. "What a wonderful experience! Everyone we encountered provided splendid hospitality and world-class service. The historical building is well maintained, with a wide range of amenities available. The location can't be topped, with easy walkability to all of the wonders of Savannah. And the ground-floor tavern was a blast, with small groups of ghost tours popping in and out for shots and colorful stories along the way. I had a blast!"
