"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. "Lovely stay just a few things to note. Parking needs to be free/included, it’s £8 but a bit annoying for such an upmarket establishment to charge for it. Grounds are beautiful the building is stunning, staff helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a little music around the communal areas plus we sat reading and at 9 o’clock sharp the candles were all snuffed out!! Breakfast was lovely ."

"Overall, my experience at Clayton Hotel Birmingham was fantastic. Loved a location in Dublin so I wanted to try the one in Birmingham. My only issues were that they had run out of slippers, and the technology to control the aircon was too complicated, so I was overheating, making me quite uncomfortable. "
