「The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. 「外食をほとんどしなかったので、部屋のミニキッチンが便利で滞在中とても役にたった。 ルームクリーニングが最低限のみの対応だったのが残念。」

「ホテルやサービスアパートの様なホスピタリティーサービスは全く無いです。サービスは完璧にレンタルアパートとして部屋を提供しているというフロントの対応でした。現地支払いでは、クレジットカードをチェックインで提出を求められる。カード機はないのでカードナンバーを手打ちでPCにフロントマンが記録し、クレジットカードから金額が引き落とされる。現地ではレシートや支払い証明書はない。カード使用控えなども無い。支払いの仕方の説明などはフロントから全くない、身勝手にカードを使われてるような違和感を感じ不安であった。カード支払いに説明を求めたがフロントの対応は（”マリオットホテルではないので諦めろ。）と言った。部屋は広く２ベットルームもバスもキッチンも情報どうり。キッチン道具もキチンと揃っている。国連の並びで窓から１AVが見える。昼間はクラクションの音が目立つがニューヨークマンハッタンなら普通レベル。」
