「It was good except for the roaches honestly. The highlights were the quiet street, easy parking, security camera, spacious place, but there's roaches.」

「We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. 「Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold.」

I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. 「We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!」
