"I felt like a princess! This hotel is first class from start to finish. The rooms are appointed nicely, so comfy and clean. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and attentive. I really didn't want to leave! Such a wonderful find and made our trip to San Francisco very special. Cannot recommend enough. "

"Dinah's is my go-to hotel for the SFO area for the past 7-8 years. The heated pool is the main attraction. Suite with kitchen is wonderful as I have many dietary restrictions and need to cook my own food. Bath tub is great as well, however this time the jets in the bath tub were not working which was disappointing. It may be time for the hotel to implement some updates as it has been exactly the same since I have been staying there since 2016."

"The property itself is gorgeous and I felt like I was in an exclusive villa in Italy! Other than the spectacular grounds, first rate spa, the all inclusive delicious breakfast, wine and apps every night, what stood out the most was the worldclass service. Lim Ann, the Superstar concierge, truly made our stay super memorable! She is so knowledgeable and got us into all the perfect restaurants and wineries, even during one of the busiest times of the year. She was always available to answer...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and all we needed for our stay as we were on the go each day. Front desk staff very helpful. The location was great. Located half a block from Union Square and Powell Street cable car. Chinatown 15 min walk. We went to a couple of baseball games and walked to the stadium (30 minutes). Continental breakfast was nice bonus. We would definitely stay there again. "

"The property is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are large and very pretty and clean. We had a odd smell from the carpet cleaning going on in the hall that made the room smell a bit too. Seemed odd to do it on the weekend. Parking is expensive. The staff is super nice and very helpful. I'd stay here again for sure. "
