「サウスシールド駅から徒歩10分くらい。周りには食べ物屋がずらり。5分歩けば海が見れるいいロケーション。バス停も近く、サンダーランドまではバスのほうが楽でした。 管理人は面白いおじさんで、朝食もおいしい。ちょっと多いけど。 ネックは部屋でtake away が食べれないことと、空港から遠いこと。 2泊以上するならオススメです。」

「From start to finish our stay was amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. Great electronic communication, and excellent in person customer service too. Room was lovely, bed & shower great. Breakfast was next level, with a fantastic choice of continental & cooked choices. The homemade biscuits were a lovely evening snack too 🙂! It is going to be hard to best. Definitely recommend! 」

「道にわかりやすく標識が出ていて分かりやすい。ところが、門を入っても建物は見えない。 林のなかを周って200メートルほどで抜けたところに建物がある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧。いたるところ清潔感が感じられる。 バスルームは共用だが、二部屋に一室の割であり、全く不自由は感じない。 朝食は、コンチネンタルだが、三、四種類のチーズと、ハムもあり、一日ならば、不足感はない。」

「Struggled to get into place. Details sent hours before arrival after I chased them up. Couldn’t find key lock cos it was on front door which was in total darkness. Local guy used his key to let me in. No heating working. Freezing cold in room. Lights not working in kitchen nor toilet/bathroom so couldn’t see to pee」

「Great communications to help aid checking in, and signs when you got their first class. Room was spotless, and also a very nice furnished room. Only 2 very small grumbles, one the first night was quite cold and the small radiator near the door struggles to provide the room much warmth, and second one was I thought the bed was small, it could be a standard double but felt slightly smaller. Other than everything was spot on and would use again.」

「First impressions not good....loose tiles on front door step,grubby stained carpets everywhere,open kitchen bins.steep staircases.Our room was in the Attic and we are both in our 70s !!!! Tiny Shower Room with cracked damp stained ceiling.Tiny Wardrobe,dirty dusty windowsill. This "Hotel" is permanently occupied by 2 Residents. Owner was friendly enough.」

「It was great. Stayed while passing through, so we were only there one night. Close to food. I can’t remember what we did nearby, but it seemed like a nice place to stay for a couple of days. We were heading from Scotland to London though, so no time for a stop. Only thing we found was that there was no oven. Slightly inconvenient since we bought pizzas to cook.
