「I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.」

「Really good location, it was a nice 1 week stay in Venice beach. Just 1 min. walk to the beach! Our party was 6 ppl including kids. I felt the capacity was not enough for 6 ... maybe for 4 adults. If there was a cleaning and linen service for long stay guests, that would be perfect. 」

「Our family had a trip for my son’s birthday to Universal Studios. The house was very close to the Amusement park. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends.」

「If your looking to be near the beach this is a great spot. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Parking spot (+guest spot!!) was great to have even if the garage is a maze.」

Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. 「This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra.」

「Full of local flavor...it is an older property that requires open windows for cooling. It's great because it's close enough to the water so the sea breeze is refreshing. We didn't need a car because there was so many great things within walking distance and parking was a nightmare. Ride sharing was always available too.」

「The property was perfect for our trip to Six Flags. The Host was amazing, she was easy to communicate with, even set up a nice Birthday Welcome for our grandson. The location of the property was great, only a few minutes from Six Flags. Also plenty of shopping & restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.」

It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. 「Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)」
