「We could not fault our weekend at Wisteria View from the booking to the check out. The property was wonderful exceptionally clean comfortable and stocked with everything needed for a stress free stay. Its location was perfect for our family who are scattered across England and Wales and the hot tub was a total delight. 「便利なロケーションです 部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせました ただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港 ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でした また建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました 土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めます あとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」

「The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though.」
