"Absolutely charmed filled stay. More like a bed and breakfast experience. Cody the concierge was excellent. Shared a wealth of knowledge and added to the value of our stay. Loved the elevator. Just wished there was a mini fridge in the room but no biggie."

Really lovely staff that were super helpful to travellers, great location near the transit centres, right across the street to a Walgreens and 711 for some small pick ups. Only small issue was the size of the bathroom but other than that the room was super spacious, good looking and comfortable. Could not recommend a better spot to stay."

"Excellent value, comfortable old-fashioned hotel situated near Union Square. Nice staff. Bedrooms include bath which is a plus even if it's very small. Although breakfast is available free pastries all gone by 8.30 and not replaced."

"I liked the self check in and the room was clean and nice. The breakfast included was very basic and inconsistent (some days they ran out of some stuff). The hotel is nice but the area around if full of homeless that inyect themselves (drugs I suppossed). Anyway, we did not have any incidents around the hotel."

"I liked the hotel and will stay again. I wouldn’t bring a family w kids, but for a budget friendly option within a close taxi to Moscone it works. It is quite dated, but all of the fixtures and accommodations are very clean and tidy. The bed was very, very comfortable and slept great aside from the city noise that you get outside. I felt like I was stepping back into the 1970s or 80s which I kind of enjoyed. The TV is low, resolution and old tech, but who cares? But like I said, everything was...
