We decided to stay in this hotel for two nights when attending a 4-days conference because it looks nice and one review stated the breakfast included local food, we were curious about local cooking, even though I did not find anything unique during our stay. "Excellent customer service! We had a little issue with an arranged late check out. The front desk immediately took care of that issue by refunding the late checkout fee. I liked how they were already on top of it by the time I went to go check out to talk to them about the issue that we had. I will definitely stay here again based on how they handled the situation. The staff is proactive and very friendly. They seem like they truly care of you return to the property again to stay. "
