"Joey was wonderful as was the kind and chic hotel manager, Margaret Lis. Both of them made our trip much more enjoyable than we expected. Also, the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff were welcoming and kind. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manhattan. "

"Room had lamp shade missing. Everyday after I left the room, I could not access my room. Door card has to be reactivated everyday when I returned from an outing. Apparently they do that for "your protection". I am not sure how deactivating key card protects me. No one can get into my room unless they had a key card. I was never told at check-in that this was their procedure for rooms there. A guest should not have to go to the front desk to get back in their room every time they leave."

"The neighborhood around the hotel was a bit rough but the hotel itself was nice, comfortable, and secure. Their (included) daily breakfast buffet was cooked up fresh with several tasty options. The whole staff from desk to cleaning crew were all nice. The room cleaning staff made up our rooms so crisply each morning. It is just a few-minute walk from a main subway line. Rooms were pretty good at keeping out much of the street noise (both traffic and people). We had a first floor room and there...

"The staff was amazing and even stored our luggage at no extra cost. Our room did have a giant support beam which was odd, but the room was still quite nice. Restaurant was great. Only thing that was disappointing was there wasn’t really anything in a walkable distance"

"We stayed overnight on our way to take a cruise. The hotel is good but the lady who checked us in was kind of rude and off putting. Theres nothing to eat around the hotel and the snack var is very limited. Breakfast was nit the best either. Overall, a bit dissapointed."

"This is a hotel that is located near the airport and offers free shuttle. While waiting for my next flight I spent one night at this hotel. Excellent hotel offering American breakfast."

"We had a very nice experience! We stayed here Mother’s Day weekend! The room was very clean and well lit. The bed was too soft. It sank in as u lay on it but overall it was a nice place! "

"I was so happy with how quiet the hotel was. I never heard any noise all night. After an 8 hour flight across a different time zone that was very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The shower was very roomy. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Service was excellent. Even though ran into hiccups because hotel could make changes due to being “booked through a 3rd party” (ie Orbitz), front desk staff and management took the time to ensure everything was taking care of. Special should out to Gerard who went above and beyond! "
