Horrible stay, they did not inform us that we had a credit to use for food and drink when we checked in. Then proceeded to tell us that it is Expedia’s fault for not telling us even though when we check in at the front desk no one told us anything. The manager Christina is horrible and no help at all. When I looked at previous reviews when someone was not told about the credit they could have used, they refunded the money back to their card. When I asked Christina why she couldn’t do this for us so simply said that wa another manager but I won’t do it. Absolutely horrible.

Sheraton is always a top class hotel. The comfy pillows and bed. The room was small but then i read thats the standard size room for a ny hotel. So thats fine. However i had to clean the tub drain trap. It was totally clogged. This should have been checked before our stay.

Hotel has a good location. Conveniently located between Times Square and Central Park ( loved that).Cleaned and maintained very average for a 4 star hotel.Rooms and beds very small. Front desk staff very rude ( most of them).

first, i like the buffet breakfast, food well cook and the waiter are excellent. but, I was disappoint that a whole 5 star hotel in the heart of global, busy city, a big apple for that matter has no refrigerator in the room .
