Joe, our tour guide (and owner), was a great guy. He let us know that he would do anything in his power to make our wine tasting tour and dinner enjoyable, and then he proved it. He gave the young folks extra time on the patio at the second winery to get to know each other. He drove out of his way to show us the beautiful sunset over the mountains and lake. And he even dropped me off at my motel afterwards, so I didn't have to walk the quarter mile in the dark. I will be sure to book another tour with VIP next time I am in Branson!

Our host and tour guide was fun and lovely. The bus was comfortable, clean, and well appointed with bottled water. As a tour just of the Branson area this would all have been fine. The evening was promoted as a wine tour and dinner however, and as folks who are knowledgeable about and lovers of wine, we were disappointed by the knowledge of our tour guide and by the quality of the wines and wine pours we were given.

My husband unfortunately lost his wallet during the trip and did not realize it until the next morning. I called to see if they had possibly found it in the limo. They did not find it but immediately emailed all our stops and I received a call within 15 minutes telling me where it was waiting for us. Just great people! Betty Kenosha, WI
