The trip was well organised and we really enjoyed all the different activities on the day. Our guide, Hiroshi, was lovely and informative throughout the tour and we were very comfortable with our driver, Yamada. We got beautiful sights of Mt Fuji from various viewpoints and Lake Ashinoko, as well as some other attractions along the way. We didn't feel too rushed at any point.

Very annoying trip. Tour guide who only speaks a little English. Bus drivers who are less skilled change tires specifically for snowy roads. Traffic accident with another bus. Canceled cruise ship trip. We have completely wasted the whole day on a useless trip
