The Balloon Flight was absolutely wonderful. Not only were the staff very kind and accommodating the flight itself was so peaceful. Just floating over Tuscany under the sun was truly something I’ll never forget.

The flight itself was fantastic, beautiful scenery of the Tuscan countryside and our pilot Gigi was very friendly and funny The only thing that let the experience down was the communication - there was a mix up about times to meet before the flight. The meet up location is also a little bit tricky to get to/from if you don’t hire a car which is something to bear in mind. They did take us back to Siena but charged €60 for a 15 minute journey without being upfront about the cost in advance.

Awesome, a bucket list activity ✅ The pilot was experienced professional. He clearly explained the 'mechanics' of the balloon, wind and air currents and when required gave us clear and concise instructions. The whole experience including the lovely breakfast and champagne was second to none. 6 stars 😃😃😃

Worth. Every. Penny. We flew on a really nice day and got to go directly over Siena! We also saw some wild boar!! Freddy was an amazing balloon captain and a very cool person. The breakfast and Prosecco afterwards were just what we needed :)

I would not recommend this activity. We had planned our stay in Siena around this trip, but the reservation location changed less than 15 hours before the flight time to an hour drive away from our stay (was originally a 30 minute walk). The team was unable to accommodate with a refund or other support as we did not cancel 24 hours prior. We understood this was a possibility, however, would have hoped more could have been done on the back-side.
