Meet your driver at your hotel early in the morning and head south to Quiquijana to enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast. After breakfast, continue your journey to Chillihuani and the checkpoint.

Continue your drive to reach Phulawasipata and begin your hike. As you trek, marvel at the magical landscapes and keep an eye out for local flora and fauna like llamas, alpacas, vizcachas, vicuñas, and condors.

Midway through your 2-hour hike, stop at the highest point for a panoramic view of Vinicunca Mountain with its resplendent colors, and Ausangate Mountain, the 5th-highest mountain in Peru.

Continue your hike through the Red Valley, admiring the brilliant reds, on your way back to the parking lot. Hop in the van and head back to Quiquijana for a refreshing post-hike buffet lunch. After eating, return to Cusco, stopping along the way for Instagram-worthy photos.
