The guide was terrific! The meeting point information was unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve worked with GetYourGuide that the meeting information was incorrect. In this case, I was give. A written meeting spot in a specific plaza; however, when I clicked on the “map” they sent, that showed a spot 3 blocks away from the written spot information. Also, every time I’ve used GetYourGuide the guides have been great but they carry no signs and are often difficult to identify in crowded corners or plazas. The gist is, often the whole thing starts late because of these screw ups

We had a fantastic time learning and tasting all the different foods available The fruits and smoothies were out of this world as was the viche Santi was a wonderful, knowledgable and very helpful guide and nothing was too much trouble We were fortunate that there was only 2 of us so had a private tour GYG provided us with plenty of information that was accurate and easy to follow Only small negative was we thought the price was a little high. Having said that, it was well worth it

We like taking a food tour on the first day when visiting a country. We find it is a great way to get acquainted with the culture of the place. This tour was just what we like. Our guide, Santi, was great. He took us to many different places introducing us to the Equatorian food scene. We sampled a number of dishes, fruits and juices. Santi took us to places we wouldn’t have gone to if by ourselves, holes in the wall full of local people. Most of the time we were the only tourists around. Everything was delicious and the tour was well structured with walks and a stop at an art community giving us time between venues to digest the previous meal. We highly recommend.
