We had the best time on our manatee experience, we got to see many manatees and some gators too! From myself I’m not the most confident in water and went in slightly apprehensive however our guide Sue made us both feel so safe and was so lovely from beginning to end. Couldn’t recommend this enough, was definitely a major highlight of our holiday! Thanks Sue, you’re amazing 😊

We were 30 minutes late getting to the kayak start point due to a navigation error on our part. Gina, our guide, tried several times to call my mobile number to find out if we were going to show up for the activity. Unfortunately, I had transposed one of the numerals of my phone number when I made our reservations online, so Gina was unable to connect with me. She could have left thinking we would be a no-show, but she was patient enough to hang around. Thank goodness for that! She outfitted us with life vests, and even had a waterproof IPhone bag for us to use. The kayak tour was, in short, simply amazing! Gina shared with us her intimate knowledge of the area and its ecosystem, and with her guidance, we were able to observe numerous waterfowl, turtles, and, of course manatees! The manatees literally came right up to our kayaks and remained with us for long periods of time. I highly recommend this activity. It was an experience of a lifetime and we cannot thank Gina enough!
