El tour es fantastico. Ocupa el dia entero y te muestra partes de la ciudad, pueblos, valles, montanas, rios y bosques. Llevar impermeable pues hay brisa lluviosa, sweater o chaqueta pues estara mas frio y zapatos Comodos con buen agarre. Aun si el Volcan esta cubierto con la niebla, sera un hermoso paseo. We had an excellent day on this tour, and it was one of the highlights of our time in San José! The small group size made it a more personal and fun experience, and our guide, Daniel, was outstanding. He is a fantastic ambassador for the Poás Volcano region, sharing his deep knowledge of the area, from the coffee plantations to the volcanic landscape, waterfalls, and diverse wildlife we encountered along the way. Daniel’s enthusiasm and sense of humor made the trip even more enjoyable—our group even became the ‘Jack Daniel’s group’ thanks to his lively spirit and great storytelling! And I’ll never think about Shakespeare the same way again after hearing how he cleverly quotes a famous phrase to check if guests need a restroom. The itinerary covered some must-see spots, and we really appreciated the seamless organization and engaging commentary throughout. If you’re looking for a well-rounded day trip from San José that combines nature, culture, and a bit of fun, this tour is a fantastic choice!
