You said I had VIP access I did get a nice bottle of wine which I did drink. Our room was nice but it was the room we chose what was odd as we got there three hours early. The gentleman at the front desk said oh your room is ready, but you can only have it if you pay a $60 early access fee which we chose not to, and we start our luggage with the front desk and went into town and then came back and checked in. Overthinking good stay

We liked that there was a rooftop bar but the food wasn't great, nor were the margaritas, and the seating was dirty. The lawn chairs around the pool were also dirty. The room was NOT soundproof and you could hear all the street noise from the 9th floor, as well as every door that closed in the hallway. We slept very poorly to say the least!

We stayed here while visiting for a concert at Meridian Hall. I appreciated the closeness of Union Station (3 minutes) and St. Lawrence market (16 minutes). The soaps and body lotion are divine! Comfy bed.

When you walk inside the hotel, it’s smell so good. Nothing likes it. I didn’t smell cigarettes.

This is not a casino hotel, but it is tied to 3 neighor hotels that are by an inside walkway. My room was 1st class!
