This trip was very good in general. We weren’t pick up at the Hotel as it was supposed, and after waiting at the lobby for about 45 min. We received a text that we needed to take the Tram to their location due to some protest and Police activity. The same happened when we returned at night time. The Guide, Nuri was very nice and explained everything very clear. Overall, it was a nice trip.

The "tour" is more like we will stop at random spots so customer can buy items at higher than normal price which the guides get a commission from. Not worth sitting in the bus for 10h+ hours. You are better off taking a taxi and visit the special sites. the bus was dirty and had a leaky roof which dripped water all overover us. We spent less than one hour in bursa, rest was road, the scams 8hrs

The tour price seemed reasonable, but there were too many hidden costs. The guide didn’t explain extra charges upfront—first, we unknowingly joined the ATV safari, only to be asked for payment afterward. At the sweets factory, we received a coupon without explanation, later realizing it was a sales tactic. At the old Hamam in Bursa, there was no briefing; we were simply taken to a shop. The cable car was another issue—the guide charged me 1,000 Lira, but I later found the actual price was lower, and we only used one way. At Uludağ Mountain, we were pressured into an expensive ski activity for 4,000 Lira. The worst part? Lunch wasn’t until 5 PM, and I was starving throughout the tour. The lack of clear communication and unexpected expenses made this experience disappointing.

Didn’t like it at all…. Couldn’t go to the top of mountain…. Cable car of ulugad was closed today…. The tour operator didn’t inform us earlier…. They just wanted to complete the tour somehow…. If they informed us earlier or shift the trip to next day…then we could enjoy the main attraction…. The on the way stops were commission purpose… quad bike ride stop, dessert shop stop, silk shop stop etc… the behavior of the guide named Nuri Turan was not okay… he just ignored what we missed.. misbehaved with us… just like nothing happened…

The day started off great. The guide was friendly and we had good banter. We got to do shopping, saw the green mosque and go up the chair lifts which were great. The bad points were first of all the food portion for our dinner were tiny and to fill yourself up you would have to spend extra. Also we only got 1 free drink each which was like a small can sized bottle. The worst thing was after being exhausted from the trip the tour guide didn’t drop us off to our hotel. Instead it was at the bottom of this hill. He told us that the hotel was just up the road but it took us forever to get to the hotel and had to ask for directions because it wasn’t as straight forward as the tour guide said. We also had to buy a meal in Istanbul because we were so hungry from the tiny portions.
