Instructions coming from the South (Lisbon): Exit the A1 at the exit 11 of Condeixa/Tomar. Follow the IC2/IC3 to Coimbra for 6.7 km. Cross the Rainha Santa Isabel bridge. Follow EN17, VN Poiares @ the bridge. Follow EN110, Penacova @ the roundabout of Portela. Continue for 1.1 km, the entrance gate is on your right.

午前中にツアーガイドと合流した後、ペナコバまで移動し、カヤックの道具といくつかの説明を受けます。その後、カルボエイラ・ダムから全長18kmのカヤック・ツアーに出発する。
広大な森に囲まれた自然のモンデゴ川の渓谷をカヤックで進む。川を下っていくと、ロンケイラ、レボルドーサ、ルレド、フォス・ド・カネイロ、カサルといった小さな村を通り過ぎる。
