Hotel is 3 star at best. Property is VERY tired ; restaurant food is not very good. Front office manager was very accommodating. Smell from lagoon is strong .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterland. It is convenient for the airport but in a quiet spot, situated by the river. It is beautiful. We had a great private villa with a good size pool. The staff and service were excellent. In particular Raganan was brilliant and looked after us very well. Incredibly good value for money and a short Tuk Tuk ride into Negombo town.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Sea View room, which was a delightful surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Dipali, the Guest Relations Executive, truly went above and beyond. She took the time to personally escort me to my room, explaining all the amenities and answering my numerous questions with genuine enthusiasm. Her passion for hospitality was evident in the way she greeted each guest with respect and warmth. This personal touch made my experience memorable and truly enjoyable. I also want to highlight Sanjay, the VIP Executive, who was incredibly attentive and accommodating. He assisted me with a late check-out, ensuring that my departure was as smooth and stress-free as my arrival. The kindness and care exhibited by the entire team made me feel valued as a guest, which is a rare experience in today’s hospitality industry. The hotel itself is stunning, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking infinity

Beautiful historic hotel, lovely service

Hotel located on a beautiful beach. But area outside hotel is not very conducive to exploring.

Enjoyed our time at Terrence Green Hotel Spa. We stayed the one night however, was able to enjoy a slower morning with breakfast and coffee at Salt Restaurant on main floor and even squeezed in a 30 minute foot massage in rooftop Spa Secret. Excellent service from the staff. Only feedback would be the hair dryer not working and air conditioner turned off every 5 minutes which led to a very humid and warm room.

Staff and service was amazing, however property looks rundown and haven’t maintained properly.
