The only thing that was renovated was public places the rooms where the same poorly maintained I had to change 4 rooms because of a bad smell.I had to wait 2 days only for the remote control to get fixed, in the bathroom water was coming out of the shower on the floor., Over all not hapy

We never felt the need to leave the property because everything you need to relax was there. The only concern - and it was VERY MINOR - was the shower. One day, it was too hot and could not be cooled to a tolerable level no matter where you turned the knob. This only happened one day of the seven we were there. Also, as in some of the other reviews that we read, there was a sewage smell that would occasionally come out of the shower drain. We simply placed the floor towel over the drain and it stopped the smell. This was only a sporadic issue. Since everything else was amazing, the water issue was no big deal. It was a wonderful stay and we would do it again. Thank you for a great vacation! Side note - Anabel Alcala was super attentive to all our questions and needs and such a sweet person! Special thanks to her!

We had an awesome vacation at the Majestic Colonial.

The property was nice and for the most part convenenient. I did not like having to make repeat trips to the concourse for drinks because the surroinding bars around the VIP area closed at sundown. So if you pay for the larger sauite be advised that youll need to keep your minifridge well stocked.
