We loved our stay at the Lotte Towers! The rooms were very spacious for our family of 4. We were provided a fridge on request. The views were amazing. The lifts were quick to get us to the 58th floor! Our rooms were serviced twice daily. Cannot fault anything at Lotte would love to return one day!!

My family and I had a super stay at the Grand Hotel Olympic in April 2025. We were travelling with our 8 and 4 year olds and they both had an excellent stay. The hotel is in a great location, minutes from the Vatican, but feels much quieter compared to many other areas of the city. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the heart of the city. Our room was very good, with a spacious bathroom and decent wifi signal to keep the little people busy when back from a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast was a welcome perk, with it being a great way to start the day with plenty of options available. A great option for families wanting to experience Rome! Highly recommend.

Very nice location and clean properties

It was a challenge to get food. I have a special diet I brought my food with me but the property does not provide microwaves. I called to check. I glad I was only there overnight otherwise it really would have been a challenge.

First there was no parking and is an additional cost at $40 per car / night. Besides that and the construction I loved everything about this place. There’s a bar and lounge that if staying for a few nights looks like I would really enjoy the space it’s its own lil vibe. The look is so retro and gives the feel of old money. It’s literally walking distance to rodeo drive. There are so many eating spots that look so delish. And at under $150 a night how can you go wrong (that was our price last min booking). I really wish I stayed longer to enjoy the area. If you’re looking for a nice yet cost affordable place to stay in Beverly Hills I highly recommend staying here! Not to mention the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I do have one warning…. The elevator is super old and takes forever I thought it wasn’t moving and I was stuck but it’s just suuuuuuper slow…

Other reviews had me worried about my reservation regarding customer service. No issues there, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The main problem I noticed was the tap and shower water smelled like sewer. It was pretty terrible to even brush your teeth with that water. The other thing was the TV was not smart, meaning you couldn’t stream anything, but they do have basic cable channels. We even bought a Roku stick to use but the wifi signal was not strong enough to support it.
