The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They were helpful with any question we had. There were a lot of events occurring on property so the parking area got crowded but the car attendant did a great job moving cars to accommodate. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for the holidays!

This hotel is so close to both the train and boat stations, that getting into Zurich or to Rapperswil is too easy. The Bier Garten is absolutely perfect in atmosphere. The restaurant is fine dining and the breakfast is a must. The hotel is the best of Swiss hospitality and comfort.

Nice lake views; occasional bad smells (3 times in two weeks); regular restaurant service is good in the newly reopened Stuebli it is fair at best; while food was great, waiters did not remove empty bread plates and champagne glasses at all, wine service was mediocre, guests closed the door while staff did not thus creating drafts. Maybe just reopening issues? Overall staff was very good. Easy train access into the city. Nice walks along the Tobelweg.

This hotel has outstanding service. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk made us feel right at home and were so helpful with all of our questions. The wait staff at the restaurant were top notch going above and beyond our expectations. Then there’s the beer garden. Hot and cold food made to order, and drinks prepared expertly at the bar.
