By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "Cute bed and breakfast just outside Interlaken! My family loved staying here. It was clean and well-maintained. And the couple who own it were SO nice and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else traveling to the area! "

"The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station."

"What a horrible experience! It took us almost an hour to drive there, only to find out that the owl "made a mistake" and did not have a room for us. It's been over a week now and we are still trying to get back the money that we paid the owner. ($188 USD). We asked around at the neighborhood and found out that he does all of the time. What I would like to know is why Expedia even lists this property!!!"

"Great spot to get away from it all. Wonderful hiking trails, we hired e-bikes from reception to explore the area. The hot-pot (jacuzzi) was top, you need to book a slot with reception which means you have it just for your group which was great. The restaurant and bar were great quality and all staff very friendly. Can't wait to go back!"

"We loved our room, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean and the shower was great with plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking was free and easy, a huge bonus in acountry with limited parking. A great restaurant is a two minute walk away and a Coop grocery store is about a seven minute walk. I stayed here last year and again this year will stay again any"
