"I forgot to mention about my VIP status which I think that’s the reason why I did not get a room upgrade and the sparkling wine. Therefore it’s not the hotel’s fault. My wife and I love the hotel and overall I give them a 10 out of 10 across the board."

"The best thing about this property is the architecture and the views. It’s very impressive, inside and out. My friend and I got a standard room with no windows, so I’m sure the other rooms are better. But for the price, this place was really worth it. We took a lot of photos around the outside with the hotel in the background, and from this hilltop location you can see a lot of Taipei. "This is a very nice hotel. You get what you pay for, which is a lot! It has everything. And for a luxury hotel, it’s actually still a good deal. It’s a great neighborhood, the amenities are top-notch, and it seems like a perfect spot for all sorts of travelers. I can’t think of anything that it’s missing. There were solo travelers, couples, families with children, and plenty to do. The rooms are large and the staff is on point. Zero complaints here."

"Like the staff , facilities, sauna, steam, hot tub wonderful worth the price. Gym and others. Regret there’s no self laundry. Regret no hand towels and no towel hangers in the bathroom. Other than these if you can lived with it, this is a good place and totally worth the price . "

"Very spacious room, especially the bathroom! The hotel was tastefully decorated. The breakfast is very nice and has lots of varieties catering to different tastebuds from the east or the west. "
