"My fourth stay during last four months. Yet, the young man in reception couldn’t find my data. Well, no big deal. As always nice comfy room with all necessities, as well as an excellent location. I was in a hurry to my meeting so I didn’t visit the bathroom until late when I returned to the hotel. "I enjoyed my stay but I was surprised no phone in the room. House Keeping cleans the room they should replenish the water bottle. Your carpets in the hallway are very soiled and dirty. The hotel needs some improvements."

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."
