"Tokyu Stay Shin-minimaguchi was close to the Shibuya station, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff speaks enough English to help us with check-in and any other questions we had. They also had a translator service for languages not spoken. The rooms were small, but plenty comfortable. We spent little time in the room and most of our time exploring. Laundry in the room was a bonus and very helpful when planning for a 10 day trip. Really made our clothing choices easy. My sons were in a separate room and did a poor job with their laundry and we had to pack some wet clothes along to the next hotel unfortunately. If coming to Shibuya, I would certainly recommend this hotel again. It’s 5 minutes walk from the station, easy for transportation, and there is plenty of eateries within a few minutes walk. Try the Hawaiian cafe for soufflé pancakes!"
