私たちのレンタルには、ベッドルーム、大きなワードローブ、リビングルーム、快適なバスルーム、ダイニングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン（冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、プレート：2ガス、2電気、食器洗い機）、保管室、談話室のランドリー室、イチジク、ブドウ、バジル、パセリをバーベキューして摘むことができる庭。 また、安全な専用駐車場もあります。

on a adoré la terrasse
Nous avons été chanceux pour un mois de novembre avec une semaine complète de beau temps. Nous avions choisi cette location pour la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, et nous en avons bien profité ! L'appartement correspond exactement à sa description, et est bien équipé. Quartier tranquille et où il est facile de se ravitailler. Aller au restaurant demande un peu de marche à pied, mais ca reste raisonnable.

Well appointed apartment with a wonderful terrace
It is a walk up 4 flights of stairs to reach the 3rd floor apartment, but the view out to the water is very nice for being so far away. The walk into town is about 25 minutes and much of it is on a busy road. We usually drove our car for that reason. The apartment is spacious, though several areas have a low ceiling because of the sloping roof. Lots of storage, good shower and bathroom facilities. Mattress for the bed was very soft and we ended up with bed bug bite marks the next day. I did notify Valentine, the property manager, and he said he would have it checked out. I have not heard anything since. Response for any issues (ie, how to work the TV) from Valentine could sometimes take a day, but there was always a response.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock eines Reihenhauses, guter Zustand, Blick vom Balkon entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern (Blick ist inzwischen verbaut worden - dafür kann der Vermieter nichts), überhaupt rege Bautätigkeit auch in der nächsten Umgebung, kann man aber wieder buchen, die meiste Zeit ist man ja außer Haus...und Zadar und Umgebung sind attraktive Ziele

Cosy Apartment
A beautifully clean and well stocked apartment. Everything one could wish for for a short stay. Roomy bathroom & kitchen. A lovely balcony, perfect for barbecuing a meal & watching the amazing sunsets. A very short distance to adequate supermarket and fresh bread shop. Good local restaurants. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The property was fine and good gor two people it would have been tight with 4 because ceilings sloped at the back. It was 45 mins.walk to the old town which was fine and supermarked 10mins walk which was good overall had a great and relaxing stay

Nice apartment in residential area
The apartment was well equipped and very clean. It is an attic apartment so bedroom and living room are under sloped ceilings and there are a lot of stairs. The view on the website at present was taken before a block of flats were put up which now blocks most of the view. The information on the facilities only came up in French so with I translate we managed to read it.... we found the washing machine was chargeable which was not as advertised in the uk so washed by hand.... unfortunately the holiday was a little spoilt when 8 young men stayed in the apartment below us and kept us awake until 4.30am and then again until 2am the following day. The beach was about 2km walk and the old town about the same. I would recommend the apartment.

Der Aufenthalt war prima, saubere Wohnung. Zentrumsnah ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Komunikation mit Vermieter ist lala kein beutsch,einziges mango !!!!!

Enjoyable stay 40 mins walk to town. Or 5 mins on a bus near Tommy supermarket. David picked us up at airport and dropped us off .

Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Ruhige Lage. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Gasgrill war vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Bis zum Strand ca. 10 mit dem Auto. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Bis zur Altstadt ca. 35 min zu Fuß. Sehr schöne Spaziergänge durch Altstadt.

Zadar ist eine Reise wert
Die Wohnung ließ sich gut Klimatisieren. Man läuft 35 Minuten zur Altstadt und in der Nähe sind schöne Strände, die nicht so überlaufen sind. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Wir hatten Pech, dass grad ein Festival war und jede Nacht laute TechnoMusik manchmal das schlafen verhinderte. Also im Sommer vielleicht Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Sonst ist die Wohnung wie beschrieben und liegt recht ruhig aber zentral. Wir haben die Woche in Zadar sehr genossen

Tout un étage indépendant, calme, avec grande terrasse, vue sur la mer au loin
A l'extérieur de Zadar, mais pas loin de tout (3 à 5 km) en voiture. Place de parking sous une tonnelle de vigne. Un 3ème et denier étage spacieux et moderne, très calme, dans une maison individuelle.

Ideal Fewo - ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer, mit einem hellen Bad, einer großen Küche und einer Terrasse mit dem Blick über Zadar. gute Ausgangslage um die Urlaubsziele zu besuchen. 20 min Fussweg zur Altstadt.

Ferienwohnung über den Dächern von Zadar
Die Wohnung ist super und die Ausstattung ebenfalls.Allerdings ist sie ziemlich weit von der Altstadt entfernt und wir waren froh,einen Roller gemietet zu haben.Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett. Wir waren ein bisschen enttäuscht über die Aussicht von der tollen Dachterrasse. Der Blick aufs Meer wurde uns erheblich von einem Neubau versperrt, der auf dem Foto noch frei war.

Een net en schoon appartement. Voorzien van alle noodzakelijke spullen. Inclusief airco in woonkamer, eetkamer en slaapkamer. Met eigen parkeerplaats voor eigen of huurauto. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving of de stad Zadar. Maar ook per voet is de oude binnenstad - voor ervaren wandelaars - prima te belopen. De vriendelijke beheerder Valentina is behulpzaam en reageert vlot op eventuele vragen.

Kurz, aber schön
Der Host wohnt vor Ort und Kommunikation war daher kein Problem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Dachterasse klasse! Es hat nichts gefehlt, die Klimaanlagen waren super. In die Altstadt muss man ca. 20min gehen, war kein Problem. Der Aufenhalt in der Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen, dafür 5 Sterne!
