Villa Origano is a pet friendly villa located in a quiet neighborhood, just 3 km from old town Zadar and just 2 km from the beach Kolovare.

The exterior of the villa is amazing, large maintained garden with playground for kids, BBQ and dining area will make you spend the day outside. After a delicious meal, you can relax in the lounge area drinking coffee. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are just what you need in Croatian hot summer period. This villa is perfect for families, kids can play in the pool or playground, and parents can keep an eye on them from the jacuzzi. Peace of heaven for everyone.
Apart from the villa that has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom there is also a separate apartment with bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Zadar is certainly one of the most famous and beautiful towns in the Adriatic. Croatian is a city of exceptionally rich history and cultural heritage. The center of Zadar County is a traffic hub in this area of the Republic of Croatia.

Amazing house for all the family
This is a great house for a family holiday. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The house has everything you need. The pool and hotub are fantastic and the outdoor entertainment area is lovely and relaxing to spend an evening (just remember to pack some mosquito repellent!). The neighborhood is quite as it's a good 30 minute walk from the centre.

Beautiful house
Beautiful house, well maintained and clean, hosts are extremely nice and helpfull. Very close to the mall but further from the beach and down-town so car is must have if you want to get around. House has big backyard and very beautifull warm swimming pool and the jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

gute Lage, sehr sauber, schöner Pool, große Terrasse, Garten. 2 Parkplätze. Supermarkt, Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen, Stadtstrand oder Altstadt 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, Sandstrände in Nin in 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Haus 3 Schlafzimmer auf 3 Ebenen, Duschbad mit WC und zusätzliches WC in der Mitteletage. Großzügiges 4. Zimmer mit Dusche/WC im Anbau

Amazing vila, in quiet surroundings.
Vi var 7 famile medlemmer afsted, alle over 18 år, og huset var perfekt egnet til vores ophold. Haven og pool området er så fantastisk, hvor vi brugte en del tid, i middagsheden. Huset er veludstyret og fungerer godt. Husets beliggenhed er perfekt, meget tæt på masser af indkøbsmuligheder, såvel dagligvarer, shopping og restauranter. Leri og hendes veninde, var super søde og stod klar til at møde os ved ankomsten til huset. Uber eller Bolt, kan nemt bestilles til afhentning ved huset, hvis man vil en tur ind til byen (koster ca. 6 Euro for en alm. taxa) hvis ikke en gå tur på 3 km er overkommelig. Alt i alt et rigtig godt valg, til en ferie i Zadar, hvis I søger fred og ro. Vi vil klart overveje denne villa, hvis turen går til Zadar igen. 5 * herfra.

Schönes Haus
Das Haus liegt 3km von der Altstadt entfernt. Es liegt nach hinten raus und ist sehr ruhig. Schöner Pool, gepflegter alter Garten, eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Haben mit 8 Personen wunderschöne Tage verbracht.
