The owners have considered every aspect to create a high quality, comfortable experience for their guests. Every surface and linen was impeccably clean, even the fragrance of the room was very nice, along with the comfortable beds, pillows and chairs. This along with the unmeasurable kindness and politeness that the staff showed us has proven that Kojinmari is our favourite stay and experience in Japan. We promise to return whenever we can. "

"We had such a great stay at this property! It was an easy walk from the train station, and to the main streets as well. Staff was so kind and informative. They provided us with yukatas that kept us very warm while walking around. Staying here also gave us a pass to all the onsens! The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!"
